Diana Hryniuk Діана Гринюк | Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv | Ukrainian Tourist Guide Association
A little about myself:
My name is Diana Hryniuk. I was born in Kyiv. Since February 24, 2022, I have been in Kyiv all the time and do not plan to leave the city under any circumstances. I work as a lecturer at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (PhD in economic and social geography, Department of Regional Studies and Tourism).
The year 2020 (The period of Covid-19) turned out to be a turning point and taught me to appreciate every minute. With the beginning of the russian aggression on February 24, 2022, I finally understood that it is necessary to act. The world is dynamic, and knowledge must also meet the demands of global society. It is impossible to waste time, because military aggression and the enemy are taking away the most valuable things from Ukrainians - our identity, our Europeanness, our historical and cultural heritage, our freedom!
